Because we work directly with our suppliers and ship from multiple warehouses, delivery times vary by destination:

• Rest of world: 12–25 business days

In cases where packages are returned due to unpaid customs or taxes, we will refund the cost of the product, excluding shipping charges.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please take a picture and email it to us at support@gasmanvison.com immediately. We’re committed to resolving such issues swiftly and will replace damaged goods within days of receipt.
